更驚人的醜聞！羅卓仁謙供出是宗薩欽哲和大寶法王以微信指示散佈Jane Huang是精神病患來帶風向逃避性醜聞！More Outrageous Scandal! Lodro Rinchen revealed it's Dzongsar Khyentse and the Karmapa who instructed him to smear Jane Huang to mislead the public opinion!

二審時，熊仁謙改口稱他製作懶人包，也承認懶人包中指稱為精神病患的Jane Huang就是接受鏡週刊訪問的黃女。（法律小知識：事實上當他製發包含這些誤導訊息的懶人包時已經是犯行成立了。）但他認為自己已經過求證事實，因而無罪。於是高等法院法官要求熊仁謙提出求證的證據，首先，他提出他打給鏡週刊社長裴偉施壓的電話和訊息，結果內容竟是要求對方不要出刊。但是因為聲紋現驗證鑿鑿，鏡週刊幾經波折，最後還是在1月23日準時出刊，爆出此一宗教性濫權醜聞！

In the second instance, Lodro changed his testimony, admitting that he did the stickers for dummies in which “Jane Huang” mentioned were indicated as the same woman Ms. Huang that interviewed by the Mirror Media Weekly. (For your information: Legally at the moment he made and spread the stickers for dummies with disinformation he already committed the crime of cyberbullying.) Yet, this time he insisted that he had sought proof and verified his speech so that he was not guilty. Therefore, Taiwan High Court judge ordered him show his proof of his verification. Firstly, he presented the records of phone calls and messages with Pei-Wei, the president of Mirror Media Weekly, which only showed nothing but the fact that he tried to press the president to stop publishing the coverage of sex scandal for the Karmapa's fame. However, due to the strong verification of the sound forensics lab, struggling and debating and even tried to convince me give up, the Mirror Media Weekly was still published on time on Jan 23rd 2019 as they scheduled. The Karmapa sex scandal was exploded.

除了自爆施壓雜誌後，熊仁謙後來更竟提出了宗薩欽哲的微信對話，以及1月27、29日賴梵耘傳訊給他的語音光碟，試圖說服法官，他有來自「上師」和其翻譯秘書的證據。光碟當中宗薩欽哲明顯改造了微信對話，試圖將我對他求助因噶瑪巴性虐待而失眠的困擾，扭曲成我有精神疾病；宗薩欽哲還變造大量的微信訊息交給賴梵耘，令賴梵耘轉傳給熊仁謙，賴梵耘的語音中說：「這是Jane和仁波切的對話…你就找一些她看起來『像是瘋的』，然後…你知道怎做。」以及「仁波切相信你們會善巧的用。」揭開了原來就是宗薩欽哲教唆羅卓仁謙抹黑和網路霸凌！

In addition to his self-explode that he pressed on Mirror Media, Lodro Rinchen later presented a disc of more shocking evidences in which he claimed were the wechat messages from Dzongsar Khyentse and Stephanie Lai , Dzongsar’s secretary and translator in Tawan. (Stephanie Lai is the daughter of the famous Taiwan playwright Stanly Lai and her husband Pawo is Dzongsar Khyentse’s nephew.) Checking out the messages, Dzongsar Khyente obviously altered some of my asking for help of my sleepless problem due to the Karmapa’s long term abuse. He edited those words and let Stephanie pass these wechat messages to Lodro Rinchen to tell him that I am a mentally ill person. Not only that, Dzongsar Khyentse also send a lot of wehcat messages trimmed and changed to Stephanie Lai saying to Lodro that, “Here are Jane’s conversation with Rinpoche, you just need to select some messages to show others and make them believe that she is crazy and then.... you know what to do next.”  “These messages are from Rinpoche, and he believed that you will make good use of them skillfully.” It is Dzongsar Khyentse who abetted Lodro Rinchen to smear the whistleblower and cyberbullying. Stephanie Lai played the role of  a messenger yet she refused to attend the court to testify!

Lodro proclaimed these messages were from Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche, delivered by Stephanie Lai but she refused the subpoena to testify

而熊仁謙出示的另一批釋妙融的微信對話中，則顯示所謂噶瑪巴的帳號（「第一寶藏」）和釋妙融說，「她幻想的」，釋妙融則回答，「那就好辦了。」以及「我們不會正面回應，但是可以引導輿論方向。」釋妙融清楚告知熊仁謙「我認識她，她也一起來Gaya」，卻在語音中商量如何對外稱「我們就說不認識她，不知道有這個人。就像明星的經紀公司一樣處理就好。」「我得跟化育的人講清楚，免得有些人嘴比較笨。」這些驚人的對話和語音內容，被熊仁謙認為是寶貴的求證證據、可以證明吹哨者就是精神病患，而他按照上師指示去廣宣爆料者是精神病，因此他製作懶人包無罪。這些證據和對話過程，難道沒有驚呆了台灣高等法院的法官們嗎？盲信宗教信條和欠缺法治素養，竟然可以讓這些身為「上師」的西藏佛教喇嘛都無知至此嗎？(待續)

The other batch of messages presented by Lodro Rinchen were his wechat messages with Shi Miao Ron, who is the Karmapa’s translator and the CEO of Hwa-Yue Foundation, the main organization of the Karmapa’s education courses and Monlam host unit in Taiwan. In those messages, Shi Miao Ron forwarded Lodro Rinchen that a person nicknamed “First Treasure”, whom they proclaimed was the 17th Karmapa himself. This First Treasure telling Miao Ron that, “She is a psycho. She is just imagining.” And Miao Ron then replies, “If so, it is easy to deal with (the news).” And that, “We will not response to the news coverage but we can try to influence and mislead the public’s opinion.” "Miao Ron then told Lodro Rinchen that " We just say that we don't know her and have no idea about this thing, just like an agency in the entertaining industry." Such horrifying conversations were taken as firm evidences for Lodro Richen to submit to the court, trying to convince the judge that Jane Huang was indeed a mental patient.  Just because the evidences are basically based on “because his guru said so,” and therefore his behavior to spread the misinformation with stickers for dummies is not guilty but legit.

Really? Are you kidding Taiwan High Court? Were those your strong verification before spreading the stickers? The judges were probably dumbfounded after reviewing the so-called evidences as well as listening to Lodro’s testimony. I could not help but wonder to what extent and how crazy blind faith these lamas and nuns owned and how much they lacked of the common sense of rule of law? Buddhist gurus and teachers organized this malevolent cyberbullying in private, yet later Lodro ridiculously submitted High Court those criminal talks as his proof of non-guilty? Really? In their rationale, “Guru is the law.” That's how it functions and operates in the Tibetan Buddhism.

I guess maybe Lodro never asked neither of Dzongsar Khyentse nor the Karmapa and just submitted those wechat messages directly to High Court. Or he was so mad that he was the scapegoat for other senior translators in the inner circle who designated him to execute the smear campaign regarding the coverage in the first place. I had no idea but was stunned at the so-called evidences to know how ugly true faces of the gurus could be. I really had no idea.
