臺灣高等法院民事庭判決熊仁謙敗訴，認定熊仁謙之行為「意圖在使不特定瀏覽該懶人包者，以為受訪所述之與大寶法王交往即發生性關係之事屬離譜而不可信，將被上訴人型塑成精神病患，以達到瀏覽者否定報導內容真實性之目的。」而熊仁謙以二次懶人包「指稱黃女為精神病患，足以使黃女在社會上之評價受到貶損，造成其名譽受有損害」。（高院判決書第6-7頁）
