二審我再度勝訴了!台灣高等法院調查出是大寶法王和宗薩欽哲教唆羅卓仁謙污衊女吹哨者為精神病！ I Won the Second Instance Again! Taiwan High Court Investigated and Dig out it’s Dzongsar Khyentse and the Karmapa abetted Lodro Rinchen to Smear the Whistleblower as a Psychopath!

2021年7月28日，經過又一年的二審調查，台灣高等法院宣判了！審判長加上兩位法官判決駁回羅卓仁謙的上訴，也就是說，我又再度勝訴，正義再次站在我這邊！在這個民主時代，女人說出自己親身受害經歷，竟要先從先不被抹黑成精神病患開始！而這次二審，台灣高等法院竟調查出更大的醜聞：宗薩欽哲和噶瑪巴教唆熊仁謙污衊我是精神病來脫罪！

On July 28th 2021, after the long process of the second instance, Taiwan High Court rendered the judgement that I (Jane Huang) won the lawsuit again! The presiding judge along with the other two judges made the judgement of dismissing the appeal of the Karmapa’s representative, which meant he lost the case and he must apologize to me publicly. Although it is a sad truth that when a woman whistleblower goes public her victim experiences, she needs to prove that she is not a psychopath in the first place to fight for her creditability and confront the smear and witch-hunting campaign. However difficult that is, still, finally the Taiwan High Court made the justice and protect my right to speak out my true stories of disclosing the sexual abuse by the 17th Karmapa and Dzongsar Jamyang Khyentse! Moreover, Taiwan High Court even investigated and dig out the more shocking fact that, it turned out it was the Karmapa and Dzongsar Khyentse themselves that abetted Lodro Rinchen, the senior disciple representative designated to deal with the scandal, to spread the rumor that I am a psychopath, to whitewash the sex scandal, so that they can exonerate my accusation against them. What an inconceivable and terrifying truth! They are not only the abuser and but also the mastermind of smearing women at the same time.  All these evidences were presented by Lodro Rinchen himself. He submitted the wechat messages from both of the two “great spiritual masters” to the court to prove that he had a source and evidence to say that Jane Huang is crazy. The evidences were, “because the guru said so”. Of course, they lost the case. Again.

 

The judgement of Taiwan High Court

2019年1月我在鏡週刊接受訪問，吐露出自己親身受到藏傳佛教十七世大寶法王和宗薩欽哲仁波切的性濫權虐待，揭發了這些受人敬重的高僧喇嘛，真面目竟是侵害女性是女人為玩物和工具的偽上師。

During the end of 2018 and January 2019, I was interviewed by Mirror Media Weekly and went public everything that I was sexually power-abused by the 17th Karmapa and Dzongsar Khyentse. I disclosed these two respectful gurus’ true faces were actually exploiting the chosen women sexually and spiritually in the name of religion and the theory of “guru is everything” by manipulating them with the dogma of devotion. I was devastated under their abused for past 5-7 years. Until one time during a private talk with Dzongsar Khyentse when I was so confused and at the brink of suicide, he finally admitted that his sending me to the Karmapa to be a sex toy and all the abuse by the Karmapa has nothing to do with “enlightenment”. Suddenly I realized it was all about expanding and prolonging his lineage activity. It's not practice about "transcending duality", on the contrary, it’s a very old and pathetic “Honey Trap” trick in the lama politics. It's all a fraud, deceiving and exploiting women's body and emotion. Angry, I decided to reveal the whole horrible religious abuse the public to warn naïve and devoted women students to be aware and alert.

新聞爆出後，大寶法王無回應隨即神隱，而宗薩發聲明否認一切。當時大寶法王的台灣代表大弟子羅卓仁謙（筆名熊仁謙，本名熊慧行），立刻在臉書上製作兩張懶人包，污衊我是精神病患，並鼓動信徒大量散播，企圖抹黑我的揭發。除此之外他還兩次臉書開直播留下錄影，依舊不停止他的公然誹謗行為。我憤而提起告訴，經過一年，2020年5月18日，台北地方法院判決我勝訴，羅卓仁謙必須對他的不實言論在臉書上公開道歉十天，以恢復我的名譽！熊仁謙不服判決，提出上訴，意外的是，在高等法院的二審審理過程中，發現了更驚人更大的醜聞！也因為這個喇嘛集團醜陋的行為，結果，我再度勝訴！

As the coverage went public, the Karmapa immediately cancelled the coming Monlam and disappeared from the public; Dzongsar Khyentse issued an announcement denying everything. At that moment the Karmapa’s representative in Taiwan Lodro Rinchen (pseudo name Hsiung Rinchen and real name Hsiung Hui Hsing) at once made “Lazy Packages” which were stickers for dummies with the smear campaign, saying that “Jane Huang is a psychopath. Her words are all false. The sex scandal is not true.” He also called for and inflamed the devotees to spread the stickers for dummies on the internet to help “clarify” the Karmapa’s sex scandal. Not only did he make the malevolent stickers to smear me, he even did two live videos on his Facebook continuing to slander me and create a lot of misinformation to libel my revelation of the Karmapa. Therefore I decided not to allow them keeping attacking me by their disinformation, I filed a lawsuit to fight for my credit and protect my words that I went public.

It took a whole year for Taipei District Court to investigate and lastly on May 18th 2020, I won the first instance! The judge rendered the judgement that Lordo Rinchen must apologize publicly for his slandering for 10 days to resume my credit. Yet Lodro didn’t accept the judgement and he immediately filed an appeal. To everyone’s surprise, in the second instance, Taiwan High Court found that base on Lodro’s testimony, he showed that it was the Karmapa and Dzongsar Khyentse gave him the information and instructed him to do the smearing campaign. To this point, the court proved that the gang of the Tibetan high lamas’s misbehaviors and are not merely personal ‘s trick but a scheme from the top masters to order the lower minion to execute the criminal deeds. For that ugly truth, Lodro Rinchen lost the case again!

我為了舉發大寶法王和宗薩欽哲的惡行，早在接受鏡週刊訪問時，提出了由台灣法院及國際刑事單位認證之聲紋實驗室所認證的錄音檔，確證了錄音中確實是大寶法王鄔金欽烈多傑本人無誤。該實驗室也出具了中英文報告，杜絕網路攻擊假造之說。但熊仁謙卻製造抹黑我是精神病患的言論，並以鼓吹信徒廣發懶人包的惡意行為，其目的就是為了洗白大寶法王噶瑪巴的破戒和宗薩欽哲性濫權醜聞。他在一審中多次否認製作懶人包，還聲稱忘記看過這些貼文，但早就被我截圖下來；更可笑的是，當他否認時，卻被法官當庭播放他自己的臉書直播影片打臉，每次每句都被逐字記錄在法庭筆錄中。一審判決他敗訴，必須公開道歉。但是始終不認為自己做錯的熊仁謙，馬上提起上訴，到底為什麼他深信自己的行為是正確的？( 待續)

In fact in order to make sure my disclosing the sexual misconduct of the 17th Karmapa and Dzongsar Khyentse were true, Mirror Media Weekly had verified the recordings that I provided by sending the recordings to MuScene Voice Forensics Laboratory, which is recognized by the judicial system both internationally and in Taiwan for evidences’ verification. Those recordings were soon proved the male in the recordings was absolutely the Karmapa himself. The voice forensics lab also issued an official announcement and report both in Chinese and English to cease the attacking and smearing by the trolls on the internet. Taiwan High Court also recognized these evidences in the judgement, accepting that the interview by the Weekly was verified and justified.

In the first instance, Lodro denied many times in the court that he did the stickers for the dummies and launched cyberbullying and even acclaimed that his memory was vague of having seen the stickers. But the judge showed his live videos on Facebook in the court and verified sentence by sentence with the transcription to remind him and verify what he had said. It was a slap in his face when he was stutter seeing the videos. In the end he was sentenced losing the case and demanded to make public apology to resume my credit. Denying his fault, Lodro immediately file and appeal. He did not face his misconduct and just refused to apologize. Why on earth could he be so stubborn and confident that he was doing nothing wrong? It turned out he revealed the reason in the second instance by showing his secret proof!
